The 14-week TRAINING Programme begins this week with Bert Barcelos and the experts at Boutique Endurance. They had 75 keeners out on Sunday morning for the first group run, an easy 60 minute jog. They’ll meet every Wednesday evening and Sunday morning from now ’til race day, at the Boutique Endurance store, 6579 rue St-Denis.
