In North America, 160,000 children stay home from school daily because they are afraid of the bully at their school. We are trying to put a stop to that!, as no child should be denied an education and their well being at the hands of others.
Run with us and make a difference.
Money raised will support anti-bullying programs and victim retreats at the Umoja Sunrise Facility in Alliston, Ontario.
We are building a “Circle of Friendship” and every $100.00 raised will help equip a classroom with the tools necessary to create positive and respectful learning environments or sponsor one (1) victim of bullying on a three day restorative retreat.
- Each person who raises $500.00+ will receive a movie fun pack with movie passes, concession coupons etc...
- Each runner can participate in any of three running clinics with a ‘celebrity’ trainer
- Each runner will be entered into a draw for a weekend retreat for them and their guests.
- Each person who raises $1000.00+ will have an acrylic brick with their name on it mounted on the wall of appreciation at Umoja Sunrise Retreat and a movie fun pack.
