Join the CNIB Blind Guys Tri Team

CNIB Blind Guys Tri Team (BGTT) is made up of runners and walkers from the CNIB family of volunteers, supporters, staff, and community partners and friends.

Run or walk the 5K, Half-Marathon or Marathon with us. Your participation and support of the CNIB BGTT will fund community-based support programs for people who are blind or partially sighted that foster a culture of health and wellness through physical activity and sports.

  1. Join CNIB BGTT as a 5K, Half-Marathon or Marathon Runner/Walker:

    • Register for the Race: Visit and register for the 5k walk/run, half-marathon, or marathon. Be sure to select that you are a Charity Challenge Runner. NOTE: This step registers you for the race only. More is required to raise pledges for CNIB BGTT.
    • Email Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation through EventsOnline of your successful registration. You are now ready to fundraise on behalf of CNIB BGTT.
    • Start Fundraising Online: Our CNIB BGTT fundraising page makes fundraising quick and easy! Happy Fundraising.

    Members of CNIB Blind Guys Tri Team are required to collect $200 in pledges.

  2. Sponsor a Runner/Walker:

    • Visit to make a secure credit card donation (electronic tax receipts are automatically provided for donations of $15 or more), OR
    • Mail your cheque to CNIB 1929 Bayview Avenue Toronto, ON M4G 3E8. Please indicate STWM Charity Challenge Donation on the envelope and cheque. If applicable, please note the team member's name on the cheque.
