
One of the major ways to reduce your risk of osteoporosis is weight-bearing exercise. What better way to help your bones and support a great cause than to participate in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday, September 28, 2008? You will be helping to raise money for programs and services offered to the people and families suffering from osteoporosis and its effects.
Just register with us to WALK or RUN or WHEEL in the 5K, half, or full marathon. Help us further by setting a fundraising goal — ask your family and friends to support you by making a pledge or by participating with you on TEAM OSTEO.
