The Psychology Foundation of Canada applies the best psychological knowledge to create practical programs helping children become confident, and productive adults. Our programs and resources cover the developmental stages of a child’s life and are delivered through multiple channels and diverse partnerships across Canada. We are one of few organizations focusing on prevention — mental health promotion — by delivering programs like Make the Connection to give infants and toddlers the essential building blocks for healthy happy futures. Children of all ages benefit from the skill building tools they learn in the Kids Have Stress Program now in communities and classrooms across Canada and parents have access to resources to help them develop healthy parent child relationships through the childhood, preteen and teen years.
The Foundation’s workplace mental health resources include a problem solving stress management tool to be found at www.StressStrategies.ca.
