Scientists in School — Canada's leading science charity for kids — inspires children to learn and care about science, technology, and the environment through hands-on discovery. Our award-winning Kindergarten through Grade 8 workshops bring science experts together with kids and their teachers, helping to foster our next generation of leaders and innovators.
With Scientists in School, kids get to be the scientists in their school. They create cool chemical reactions, explore propeller angles in their own wind tunnel, examine microscopic spider eyes, build load-bearing structures, and so much more!
This year alone, 600,000 students became Scientists in School.
One of Canada's Top 100 Best Community-Business-Education Partnerships (as recognized by the Conference Board of Canada), Scientists in School has a proven impact-increasing children's interest in science and opening their eyes to new career paths and opportunities.
