Founded in 1945, the Toronto Vegetarian Association is a volunteer-driven, charitable organization, and is Toronto's go-to resource for all things veg.
We host the Annual Vegetarian Food Festival each September, the largest of its kind in North America, featuring innovative vegetarian products and speakers. Our vegetarian directory is a one-stop resource to find healthy, vegetarian food at stores and restaurants across the city, and our Veggie Challenge program helps people transition to a vegetarian diet with recipes, nutritional tips and menu plans.
