FAQ: Registration
- Where and when can I register?
- I lost my confirmation email. Can you please send it again?
- I'm injured, can I have a refund? / I can't make it anymore, can I have my money back? / Can I transfer my entry to a friend?
- I'm already registered and now I want to add Massage Tickets or Scotiabank Red Laces. How can I do that?

Where and when can I register?
Registration for STWM 2011 is now closed: all events are SOLD OUT.
I lost my confirmation email. Can you please send it again?
There is no need. You are allowed to use one piece of valid photo ID to pick up your race kit. You will need to look up your bib number BEFORE proceeding to the race kit pick up table.
I'm injured, can I have a refund? I can't make it anymore, can I have my money back? / Can I transfer my entry to a friend?
Unfortunately we have a no refund policy for the Toronto Waterfront Marathon, Half-Marathon and 5k Run / Walk / Wheelchair and all events in the Canada Running Series.
All 2011 events are sold out and we are unable to make any changes at the expo, via email requests, voicemail or online to switch people from one distance to another.
If you would like to sell your bib to another person, you are still welcome to do so and can have the information switched to the new person's name at the Help Desk, at the Health & Fitness Expo on Friday, Oct 14 or Saturday, Oct 15 during Expo hours.

Closes midnight October 10, 2011. On race weekend, shoelaces can be purchased at the Expo.
Massages will only be available for purchase online before October 10, 2011.
