MARATHONING FOR MORTALS
Once considered a feat for superhuman athletes, running is now within every mortal's grasp. Former couch potato John "The Penguin" Bingham has joined forces with Coach Jenny Hadfield to create ten winning training plans for the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, Half and 5K that work for every mortal—even you.

- MARATHON:
Four training programs: Walk, Run-Walk, Run, and Advanced Run
20 weeks, starting Monday May 12th - HALF MARATHON:
Three half marathon training programs: Run-Walk, Run, and Advanced Run
14 weeks, starting Monday June 23rd - WATERFRONT 5K:
Three 5K training programs: Walk, Run-Walk and Run
10 weeks, starting Monday July 21st
