Tips from a 60-marathon plus veteran!
One of the benefits of running in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathons is this newsletter with tips from one of the more experienced runners around, Running Room founder and owner, John Stanton. John's been out there sweating, groaning and toiling his way through more than 60 marathons just so he could learn things from them to share with you! Now you don't have to make the same mistakes, you can enjoy training more knowing that John will share tips with you that will help you become a better runner.
And, of course, you can also take advantage of marathon, half marathon and 5k training clinics offered by the Running Room at all their locations and even on-line.
Tips from John start next week.

With every dollar raised, participants help connect the skills and ambition of EWB's African partners to real opportunities.
Join our St. Christopher House Featured Charity Team and help support and celebrate the communities we have worked hand in hand with since 1912!
