Are babies allowed on the shuttle buses?

Babies are certainly allowed on the shuttle buses. Here are the recommendations from our shuttle bus company:

1. If the baby cannot sit upright by themselves, then they must be on a parent/guardian’s lap.

2. If the child can sit upright on their own, then they can sit on the seat beside their parent/guardian, ideally the window seat. It is suggested that a pillow is brought to cushion the child from the side of the bus.

*Strollers can be folded up and placed under the bus, if this option is available. Otherwise, they can be folded and placed under the seat or on an adjacent seat on the bus.

I cannot make it to the race expo, how can I get my race kit?

I am not able to make it to the race expo, how can I pickup my race kit?

If you are not able to make it to the race expo to pick up your race kit, we would suggest finding a family or friend member attend the expo to pick up your race kit. 

Will we be able to pick up our race kits on Sunday morning?

There is no race kit pickup on race morning. All race kits need to be picked up at the race expo.

Can my race kit be mailed to me?

Race kits will not be mailed prior to or after the event. They need to be picked up at the race expo.

I did not receive the registration confirmation – what should I do?

When will I receive the registration confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your registration is confirmed.

If you did not receive a confirmation please follow these steps

  • Sign In to your Participant Dashboard 
  • Select “My Transaction History” on left hand side of the page
  • Navigate to the section labelled ‘My Transactions’ (in blue) and scroll down to view the registration in question
  • On the far right under ‘Notes’ click ‘Receipt’
  • A link will pop open with a PDF file version of your receipt, please download

Can I change my corral?

  1. Go to your Race Roster Dashboard (Use your email associated with your registration and enter your password, or create an account.)
  2. You will now be on your participant dashboard
  3. Confirm that you are editing the correct event, by looking beside the race roster logo at the top left hand part of your screen.

Changes cannot be made online after Friday September 25th at midnight.

After the deadline for online changes, all changes must be made at the help desk at the Race Expo
