Rachel currently works with varsity student-athletes, the Integrated Support Team and Coaches at the University of Guelph to deliver world-class nutrition expertise for all varsity sport programs.

Justyn Knight gives us some great tips on how to finish strong. After four successful years competing at Syracuse University, which included 2 NCAA Championships, Toronto native Justyn Knight turned pro in 2018 and has risen to the global ranks of mid-distance runners. Justyn has achieved much success in his young pro career including a 10th place finish at the 2019 World Championships in the 5,000 M, a 1st place finish in the Millrose Games in 2020 in the 3,000 M, and recently shattered the Canadian 1,500 M record with a time of 3:36.13.
