GU Gels
Station #1 is at the Lake Shore and Colborne Lodge Aid Station at 12 km (Half Marathon and Marathon pass this location)
Station #2 is in Corktown Common at the Aid Station at 23 km (Marathoners pass this location)
Station #3 is on Lake Shore at Coxwell Ave. at the Aid Station at 30.5 km (Marathoners pass this location)

Description of 5K route:
5K Route will start on University Ave north of Queen St. W participants will head north on University Ave to Dundas where they will turn into the southbound lanes of University and head south to Wellington St. Participants will turn left onto Wellington Ave and head east to Bay Street where they will turn right and head south on Bay Street to Lake Shore Blvd. West at Lake Shore & Bay participants will head west to Rees St and then turn around and head back east to Bay Street.
When they return to Bay & Lake Shore they will turn left and head north on Bay right up to the Finish Line at Queen St.

Green Bib Program
Skip the race shirt and medal and give back to the planet on race day! We are excited to launch the Green Bib Program across all Canada Running Series races, in partnership with our sustainability charities Trans Canada Trail and Trees for Life.
At Canada Running Series, we’re always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact, and we want to provide our participants with the option to do the same. The Green Bib Program allows participants the choice about what they receive as part of their race experience. If a participant chooses a Green Bib registration, a donation will be made to a participating sustainability charity in lieu of a shirt and medal. On race day, these participants will be wearing a green bib to celebrate this choice.

Course Details
All routes travel along paved routes that are closed to traffic. Some areas of the race route include access lanes for local traffic and/or emergency access.

- Streetcar tracks crossing at some intersections on the course (Dundas, Queen St, King St.)
- Hairpin turn on University Ave. at Dundas St.
- Wide hairpin turnaround on Lake Shore Blvd. at Rees
- A gradual incline moving northbound on Bay St to the finish line
Half Marathon
Participants will encounter:
- Streetcar tracks travelling south on Bathurst St, including intersections of multidirectional tracks at College St, Dundas St, Queen St, and King St.
- Hairpin turn at Lake Shore Blvd & Ellis Ave
- An incline on Lake Shore Blvd just before Jameson Ave

Venue Information
The Athletes with a Disability (AWD) Program Tent is located in the northwest corner of our Nathan Phillips Square venue space. This area is provided as a space for AWD program participants to get ready for their race and to leave any alternative assistive devices. Volunteers will be available from this location to escort participants to their start corrals, starting from one-hour to race start. The last volunteer escort will leave the AWD Tent towards the start corrals 20 minutes before race start.
There are accessible toilets in the venue space.
AWD Program Athletes looking for a drop-off location for wheel trans or other transportation service should plan to be dropped off at the north end of Nathan Phillips Square, at Chestnut St and Armoury St.,near 80 Chestnut St.
