The GU flavours on course at 12K and 28K will be Salted Caramel, Lemon Sublime, Jet Blackberry, Tri-Berry, Strawberry Banana, and Chocolate Orange.
If you do not finish your distance within the course time limit, you will kindly be asked to move to the sidewalk and complete your distance as an informed pedestrian.

The Marathon and Half Marathon Start Line is on University Ave., just north of Queen St, heading north. The 5K Start Line is on Lake Shore Blvd., near Ontario Place.
